Come inviare le foto

In order to send the photos the Cultural Association “Volcei” has set up several possibilities.

FOR THOSE WHO MAKE THEIR PHOTOS AVAILABLE IN PAPER FORMAT:

• it is possible to agree with the manager Emanuele Catone by telephone (3285592120) o via mail to arrange the hand delivery of photos and entire original albums. The photos will be digitized and returned to their legitimate owners within a few days.
• it's possible send the photos to the Gigino Zitarosa salon (Corso Vittorio Emanuele) pointing on the envelope: “Photo for Buccino in History”. The photos will be digitized within a few days and returned to the rightful owners at the same collection point, who will therefore have to attach an address to the photos to be notified of the return.

The digitization operations carried out by the volunteers of the Cultural Association “Volcei” I am totally free. No one is authorized to request compensation on behalf of the Association.

To those who will provide a large number of photos, upon request, a copy on CD with the relative digitizations will be provided free of charge.

FOR THOSE WHO MAKE THEIR PHOTOS AVAILABLE IN DIGITAL-ELECTRONIC FORMAT:

• Photos should preferably be scanned in PNG or TIFF format by scanner and with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
• Scanned photos should be emailed to [email protected] or personally delivered on pen-drive or cd to the manager Emanuele Catone (tel. 3285592120).

With regard to rights and authorizations, it is specified that:

• Making the photos available in paper format and / or sending them electronically via email automatically entails the authorization of the owners of the photos (or their holders for any reason) to project managers to be able to publish the photos deemed most significant on the social pages of the initiative after affixing the logo of the photographic archive and to be able to use them for cultural purposes related to the initiative, even outside social networks and the internet.
• The rights to the photographs, on the other hand, are always reserved to their legitimate owners and / or holders.
• The making available in any mode of the photos and the relative consent to publication exempts the Cultural Association “Volcei” from any legal issue regarding the ownership and use of the photos, which belongs exclusively to owners and / or holders of the same.
• The photos are published and used exclusively for cultural purposes (art. 97 of the law n. 633/1941). Given the impossibility of requesting the consent of all the people portrayed in the photos in advance, in order to protect the privacy of the people we point out that anyone who feels their own violated privacy from the publication of a photo, you can request its removal simply by making a request to the email address [email protected] or with a private message on our Facebook page or by contacting us via this page.
